Known as Vertigo. Don't fool yourself with his flattery words, charming smile and confident words, Lucien will use you like a tissue. He lives alone in a dark Victorian Mansion surrounded by large redwood trees and wild plants. Lucien is the creator and solo distributor of the Spektre drug and the only one who knows how to make them. Because of an injury in his left leg he has to use a cane to walk.

Notes: Lucien is a bastard and I love him for it. He will go out of his way to make you feel bad about yourself and has absolutely no sense of honor. Of course he can be nice if he desperately wanted to. Vertigo is a mixture of allot of people I know with a bit of myself in it.
